Indrani Sinha is a seasoned educator with over 38 years of experience across Nursery to Grade 12. Since founding AMS in 2000, she has led the school with dedication, clarity, and a deep-rooted belief in the Montessori philosophy. She holds degrees in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, along with a B.Ed. and M.Ed. from Gujarat University, and an International Diploma in Montessori Education from MCI, London.
Widely recognized as an expert in early childhood education, Indrani has trained teachers across India — from Army schools to leading institutions like SGVP International and Olive International. As a faculty member at an International Montessori Teacher Training Institute, she also conducts nationwide workshops on advanced phonics. Known for her calm leadership and personal touch, she remains deeply involved in every aspect of AMS, committed to nurturing confident, joyful learners.
